Shipping policy

All items are shipped via the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. The tracking number will be made available to you and delivery should take place with 1-3 working days of the item/s being shipped. If are yet to receive your order within 10 working days of receiving your tracking number, please send an email to info@byanthea.com.

The above timeline does not include our order processing time. Where the product is in stock, your order will be dispatched within 3 working days. Where the item is a preorder, your order will be processed and dispatched within the allotted time as indicated on the product page.
